Graham Construction has secured a £7 million ($10.64 million) contract from the British housing association Peabody to develop a mixed-tenure, new build housing in South East London, which is designed around five semi-private and secure courtyards.

A new-build, black-fronted housing scheme has received the planning permission from Westminster City Council to be developed in Mayfair’s Park Place, which is designed by the UK-based architectural practice SHH.

American contemporary furniture and kitchen cabinet maker Henrybuilt has launched the new Opencase wall system, which is designed as a reconfigurable storage system with a handmade touch.

Construction work is underway for £2.56 million ($3.89 million) housing scheme for the people over 55 in Whitehaven, Cumbria.
