Willmott Dixon to build Craven Park residential scheme in Neasden
Published: 15-Mar-2013
British construction company Willmott Dixon has been appointed by the Catalyst Housing Limited to build the Craven Park residential scheme in Neasden, UK, which is designed by PRP Architects.
To be developed on Church Road, the project is estimated to cost £16.3 million ($24.5 million).
The Craven Park residential scheme, upon completion, will provide 161 homes. The homes will be a mix of one and two bedroom accommodation for shared ownership as well as equity purchase.
Craven Park is the finishing touch to the transformation of a large part of the Church End area in Neasden. Started in 1998, the Church End area transformation project has been delivered in over four phases, the last of which was completed in 2008.
The first homes of Craven Park are scheduled to be completed by December 2014.
