A new residential scheme named as Tesoro residential scheme will break ground in Cathedral City, California, which will provide a modern luxurious residential community to the home buyers.

Named after the Spanish word for treasure, the new residential community will be set in 16 acres of land. Designed as a private-gated community, the Tesoro project will consist of a single-family detached residential development featuring 107 home sites.

Featuring a 150 foot expansion bridge entrance, the project has been designed to provide an array of amenities like a clubhouse, family parks, barbecue areas, and a pool to the residents, including common residential facilities.
