Stanley Martin launches new residential community in Virginia

Published: 15-Jan-2013

US-based residential property developer Stanley Martin Homes has launched a new residential community called Oakton East in Oakton in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Offering three distinct floor plans like The Oxford, The Sussex, and a 2,700 square feet townhome called The Blake, The new Oakton East development will offer a total of 35 luxury townhomes to the home buyers.

Both The Oxford and The Sussex homes will have a traditional architecture, and will vary in area in the range of 3,700 to 3,800 square feet. The Blake will be three-storied homes, featuring a double car garage.

Both plans have a two-car, front-load garage. The homes will have walk-in on the main level and a semi-buried basement with a walk-out to a tree-lined backyard. The homes will be devoid of a yard. All the three types of homes will have three bedrooms and range from two full and two half baths to three full and one half baths standard.

Decks are also provided on both smaller and larger homes. The customisable homes also include various upgraded finishes like hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
