California-based home builder Standard Pacific Homes has opened a new collection of single-family homes, named as Montserrat, in the master-planned community of Blackstone in the hills above Brea, California.

Artfully designed to meet the tastes and preferences of the home buyers, the new homes in Montserrat includes approximately 3,484 to 4,049 square feet of living space. It is designed as a luxury two-storied home that feature thoughtfully-planned spaces to cater to the needs of today’s homebuyer.
Based on the concept of connectivity, the new homes feature spacious Great Rooms, which provides convenience for everyday living. The homes feature spacious kitchens with up to 12-foot islands which serve as the gathering hub of the home during grand celebrations as well as an inviting backdrop for casual dinners.
The other design elements of the new residential scheme include covered outdoor living spaces revealed through optional panoramic glass sliding doors, luxurious master suites with walk-in closets and spacious private baths. Apart from that it also features an abundance of storage strategically located throughout the home. Optional first-floor guest suites with attached kitchenettes provide an elegant in-law or guest suite.
Exhibiting stylish exteriors, the Montserrat housing scheme includes Spanish, Tuscan and Monterey architectural styles. The homes offer four to six bedrooms and three and one-half to five and one-half baths plus a versatile bonus room.
The new residential scheme also offers access to various upscale amenities of the community like fun-filled recreation and wading pool. In addition, there are six intimate pocket parks including one with a tot lot.
The residential scheme celebrated the grand opening ceremony on 16 March 2013.
