North Kensington to get new East Row Children’s home
Published: 16-Jan-2013
The Royal Borough of Kensington, in a meeting with Chelsea's Planning Committee, has granted planning permission for the new £2 million ($3.22 million) East Row Children’s home in North Kensington, UK.
Replacing the Whistler Walk home on World's End Estate, the new children’s home will accommodate up to nine children.
The East Row Children's Home will be a nine-bedroom house, which will be divided into five bedrooms and four individual bedsits to provide a safe and secure environment for the children.
Construction work is expected to begin soon. Post completion, the new home will provide an improved internal and external space for social and recreational use.
