Network Housing Group begins Rectory Park regeneration project

Published: 05-Mar-2013

UK-based Network Housing Group has started work on phase one and two of its regeneration project to build 425 new homes and provide better facilities for existing residents at Rectory Park in Northolt.

As part of the project, 66 existing properties were demolished and the community centre moved to allow the first 101 homes in the 160-home contract to begin. The new homes will be secure, have improved heating systems and will meet the London Design Guide and Lifetime Homes Standards.

The new development, which will be owned and managed by Network Stadium Housing Association, will provide energy-efficient accommodation consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and houses.

There will also be a community facility located within the Gardens area of Rectory Park for residents to enjoy with a central meeting place which will help strengthen the community by bringing residents and families together.

Extensive consultation was carried out with residents in 2011 on the design. Phase one of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
