Lucknam Park Hotel’s cookery school employs ATAG appliances
Published: 31-Jan-2013
Dutch company ATAG has supplied a selection of its premium products to a brand new cookery school that has recently opened at the luxury hotel Lucknam Park Hotel and Spa in Bath, UK.
Lucknam Park Hotel and Spa in Bath has recently opened a new cookery school headed by chef Hrishikesh Desai, under the guidance of Lucknam Park’s Michelin starred Executive Chef Hywel Jones.
Working in partnership with a local kitchen retailer, Stephen Graver, ATAG has exclusively provided all the cooking appliances on use in the school. This includes eight built-in single ovens, eight induction hobs, and five recessed ceiling extractors. These will allow the cookery school’s attendees to create professional quality food using the latest technology, while also providing a stylish, seamless appearance that flows beautifully across the room.
Bill Miller, ATAG’s sales and marketing director, commented that ATAG appliances are designed for those who are passionate about cooking, and love to experiment and try new flavours, styles and recipes. He added that this collaboration with Lucknam Park will give more consumers the opportunity to test appliances first-hand, and raise awareness of the ATAG brand.
The Lucknam Park Cookery School offers 24 unique cookery courses, including The Street Food of India and Seasonal Brasserie Dishes.
