Enignum Canopy Bed from Joseph Walsh

Irish designer Joseph Walsh has designed a new canopy bed called ‘Enignum’ featuring an unusual form.

Designed as a unique piece of art, the new Enignum Canopy Bed is an addition to Walsh’s ‘Formations’ collection. Made of wood, the bed is distinct for its unconventional shape featuring fluid, flowing forms.

The Irish-born designer-cum-artist Joseph Walsh has created floating forms from wood by cutting Ash wood in thin layers and then shaping it using its natural elasticity. Organza is then dressed romantically over this elegant and organic frame.

Each Enignum Canopy Bed is conceived as a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
