Located at the lighted intersection at 172nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard, the new Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences will sprawl over a 14-acre waterfront site, which is touted to be the first Yacht Club/Residences to be built in Miami in past 20 years.
The project will comprise of two 25-storey towers, which will provide 468 spacious residences that will have a total area of about one million square feet. The development will also offer 20,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities and about 12,000 square feet of infinity pool deck.
The residential units will be mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom condos, which will be loaded with luxurious features such as Italian kitchen cabinetry by Snaidero with stone countertops, Grohe bathroom fixtures and 8-feet deep private terraces with glass railings, among others.
The centrepiece of the development will be a full-service marina and yacht club, which will have 112 slips. It will feature a full-time, on-site dock master and yacht club concierge, fuel service, dock-side Wi-Fi, sundry store, and space to accommodate boats up to 90 feet in length.
