Washington-based Comstock Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (CHCI) has opened a new residential scheme, named as The Villas at East Gate in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Located within the planned community of East Gate, The Villas at East Gate will feature 66 new homes. Providing luxuriously appointed spaces, the new community will offer multiple floorplans, which are arranged in private six-unit, two-storey buildings to maximise privacy and convenience.
Marking a significant change from the traditional suburban townhome with multiple levels, the new Villa concept includes up to four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The homes ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet, features private exterior spaces, well-appointed gourmet kitchens, and a private garage.
In addition to that The Villas at East Gate offers access to numerous private community amenities of East Gate, including a swimming pool, clubhouse and playground.
