AV Homes to launch new senior residential scheme in Florida
Published: 11-Jan-2013
A new senior residential scheme named as the Vitalia at Tradition, which is designed by American architect Michael Woodley, will be launched by the real estate developer AV Homes in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Located just east of I-95 between the Tradition and Crosstown Parkways, the Vitalia at Tradition is a 452-acre community, which will offer a total of 1,200 single-family homes. The homes will vary in area in the range of 1,400 to almost 2,500 square feet.
The units have a smaller, yet functional layout that integrates outdoor living into the home environment. The residents will have a choice to choose from nine different floor plans.
The scheme will offer an array of amenities to its residents like, a new 24,000 square feet clubhouse, a heated pool, tennis, pickleball and an innovative golf practice area.
Construction on the site is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2013, with completion pencilled for late 2013. The development forms part of the 8,300-acre Tradition master-planned community that includes more than 400 acres of sparkling lakes.
